Fuel Consumption on 3.0

I'm not sure how it works, whether the ECU measures fuel passing through the pump or the injectors or what. I know the distance to empty is reliant on the sensor in the tank that runs the fuel guage. Those things are often unreliable.

you fitted larger injectors? If so then the l/100km display will not be correct as it has been calibrated for the OE injectors.

My display shows 4.5 l/100km

Yes, i know, but if i drive 580km and refill 52L petrol ....
My BC shows 5.2L .

I'm not sure about ratios in the box (is only 6th an overdrive?) but I think the auto has taller diffs. When the damper clutch kicks in I agree, I get 100 out of about those revs.

The 6 speed pre face lift gear box is one of the best things about the car (and probably the best reason to get a PFL). 4 dedicated gears with only 5th and 6th being overdrive.

Most 6 speed are 3 and 3 od, correct me if I'm wrong, and the face lifted libs have crappier gear boxes
