How to remove gen 3 Liberty front bumper?

As the title states, how do I remove it? Do the headlights have to come off first?
Are there any bolts/screws if so how big are they?

i honestly don't even know if that helps as it doesn't make a lot of sense to me
the way i do it is just undo bolts until the thing comes off...
