Actually, no, instant is not the word to use. THREE emails one reply - I send an email about part availability and I receive a response confirming availability; send him a reply asking where to send the money....silence; finally, send him a third email asking for a quote for some items to be claimed under insurance (ie, need something quickly, please) oh, and, about that other item I ordered - I'd like to send you money....silence.

For instant gratification, contact someone who responds to your contacting them.

If you were running around trying to open a new factory and start up a new business venture you'd be flat out trying to respond to 100s of daily emails as well. He's asked everyone to be patient a number of times, there's no need to go all sour grapes about it.

Not sour grapes, just letting people know that any response won't be instant. Also, I'm in the business of helping businesses expand - there is no excuse for poor service.

I think from what I can gather from Bens still almost cryptic posts, he is trying to sort out a deal with the supplier for shipping. So probably 2-3 weeks more I would guess.
