the Foz does confuse people every now and then, especially when it has an -f- badge rather than a subaru star badge.
The bullbar was from the earlier model SG9 forester which he made to fit the later series SG9, required cutting the original bumper.
I forgot exact specs of the lift, I think it's:
30mm lifted springs
40mm strut blocks
Cooper Discoverer ATR - 215/70 R16 gives it another 25mm increase height

It does have a bit of landcruiser in it....the custom fit Safari snorkel was originally to suit a 100 series!

Yeah, depends what style of rim you're into.
Those alloy rims are off an Audi TT - 16x7 +31 offset so they sit flush with the rear guards and stick out a few mm in the front, and still kind of look like a factory option.
The stance would be pretty aggressive with a larger offset sunraysia style wheel with dish, but they'd have to be custom made...maybe one day
