Bring the 330d. I was at EC a month ago and a guy took his 320d around for a spin.

Yah I would - its a blisteringly fast oil burner - its in many ways the fastest thing I drive and live with on a daily basis, but its the work car so if anything happened would have a hard time explaining it to the insurers.  Unless Jerome makes me the onsite medic for the day
There are a few boys on the Bimmerpost forums that have cranked out some big figures out of the 320d but nobody's game to try anything on the 330d here in Oz. We have a workshop in the family in UK with a few nutty Sri Lankan mechanics and they are doing some crazy stuff to an old 530d we picked up secondhand for peanuts, that is louder than anything I've heard and would embarrass most things on a strip.

lol I'm one of those bimmerpost boys and I know/have driven a few of those tuned 320ds. One of my mates has a 330d and we're trying to get him to tune his car. There is so much potential for that engine. In stock form it is punchy enough for anyone, but a tuned one would be off the scale! Just a shame Australia doesn't get the 335d.

I know the 335d are NUTSSSS  and in tuned form they are off the scale!!!
I'd love to get a sleeper tune for mine one day but can't find anyone that can access the E90LCI ECU without some sort of hassle or invasive procedure. Do you know of anyone - is your mate's 330d an LCI or pre LCI? PM me if you got any info please :)

Oops Sorry folks off topic again

Haha by putting a $5k sound system in it and tinting the windows real dark 8)

Oh and the fact that I spent an average of $25 a week on petrol...

But yes you can imagine the smile on my face when upgrading to my dream car! (the realistic dream car anyway!)
