long exposure. then experiment with different lights. with shiny cars, a broad soft light is best. i use a dolphin torch with paper over the front. does as good a job as any $100+ soft box light. "paint" what you want lit with the light and hey presto you've got a photo.
Apparently i've never been on live television before
