Hi all

Proud owner of the car i have been hankering over for a fair while now,

MY05 Liberty 3.0R-B Wagon

6Sp manual, Black

perfect spec for me really,

Would love to make a project out of some subtle little upgrades I'm wanting to do in time,
Saw in another post about the troubles of fitting the factory SatNav, regardless would love to do that.

just joined the forum to keep in the loop

Needless to say I have a mate with an '02' M35 Nissan Stagea RSFOUR in a very similar spec so we are pretty competitive and for my first win for the Subaru, i (shockingly) proved my superiority via a comfortable win down a straight road :)

Anyway i hope that this forum proves to be as useful and friendly as the Stagea AU one is for my mate

Regards

Jords

Thanks :)

Umm, well for now my biggest concern is putting a higher quality set of tyres,

Judging by my bible (EVO Mag UK lol) a set of Continental ContiSports 2 are the best bet, bland i know but necessary

but other than that, mainly cosmetic stuff for now,

Privacy glass from the '07' on models
AUX imput (if possible)
Factory Sat Nav (dreaming i think)

I have to say immediately that I'm not one for big change, subtle is good, a wide body liberty unfortunately doesn't agree with me lol

As for mechanical changes, i just for now want a ..slightly.. more vocal exhaust, only in the upper revs and without ANY booming at Hwy speeds,

Took a RenaultSport Clio 197 Cup for a drive once, unfortunately the shed worthy exhaust mod killed it completely,

any suggestions would be great

that said also love a little off road rally escapades so lowering it further is out of the question lol

They thankfully do seem rather few and far between

last car was rather more common and uninteresting,

so uninteresting in fact its still on carsales after 2 looong months..

loving how unassuming it is :)

still makes me peek out to the driveway just to catch a look,
