They’re just plastic coated wires so they would hardly weigh anything.
I don’t know if those package forwarders can be trusted, but i have friends in the US that could do exactly the same thing- saving heaps.

Also we don’t know if they have any in stock like said before.

I just sent them an email, hoping they’ll get back to me about stock and shipping ASAP

It's a small cord from the back of the h/u to a splitter box which has a 3.5mm socket on it and another socket which you plug the supplied iPod cord into. Would weigh two fifths of f$&kall I'd think. I have one sitting in my cupboard at home, not in it's packaging though if you wanted the weight.

Is it too late chime in? I'm kinda interested in getting one as well, but how does the shipping thing work? Buy from US site, ship via 3rd party to Aus, then someone's gonna mail out the cables to individuals? Also forgive my ignorance, but this cable is just plug and play right (to the back of the Mcintosh HU)? Albeit with some fiddling around with the console trim I guess
