The car will be dropped off at Revzone tomorrow for the final installation of parts and a retune with the addition of a VF52 turbo.

Results will be up on Friday night.

Bet your excited! The worst part about the whole modding process is the waiting time

Any plans to run it down the quarter mile once tuned?

I'm a firm believer in momentum when modding so have spent just a bit over 4 months getting this car sorted.

And yes I do plan on running it down the quarter mile the first opportunity I get with either the WRX club or with some of the boys off here. I should have run it with the guys at Heathcote but I had a CEL the week before and my tuner told me to play it safe.

Yes! Goodluck Justin. I know you're going into Springy tomorrow and am looking forward to the end result.

I'm back out on Friday late afternoon so will update this thread with my results, learnings and steps forward.

I'd recommend AVGas but coyote has E85 flowing through his veins.

I have actually had a bit of ethanol flowing through my system this week.

Back to work now :-(

Well it's coming along but there have been a couple of issues so far.

1. The AVO parallel line kit fittings do not fit the FPR1200.
2. The Turbosmart plumb back BOV doesn't appear to fit the AVO TMIC.

Am waiting on an update on the AVO TMIC / BOV issue as it is supposed to be an OEM replacement and I currently have the OEM fitted to the AVO. Not sure what went wrong there.
The get the AVO parallel fuel line kit fittings to work with the FPR1200 I've been told 6 extra speed flow fittings are required and have been ordered. I'll get onto Adam at Tuspeed regarding this as he assured me all the fittings required were included with the kit.

Apart from that it's all coming together and I'm still hopeful the car will be ready for me to pickup up tonight.

Here are some pics of work being done.

I will be coming to breakfast don't worry. Might have to leave a little early as the kids have a party late morning. Will bring the jack however.

The car won't be as I'm now waiting on a BOV from Turbosmart to be sent to Revzone. The packaging was correct and the correct one was ordered. Inside the box was the wrong item. Go figure... :(
The Grimmspeed AOS which was unopened was also missing pieces. Have chased it up with Daniel from Carmods to sort out.
The FPR to AVO kit was missing some essential connections in order to mate the two units. Adam at Tuspeed has corrected this now and the parts are at the tuner.

So given these issues I've asked they take their time and keep the car till Wednesday to get it all sorted properly.

So sorry for those awaiting results.. :(
