Probably not the best thing to run staggered fitment for our cars...

Will need fair bit of work to get them in as well

Yeah I was thinking the same thing... because they are on a Toyota Soarer at the moment, and my mate said that his original wheels were 15x6.5, and he didn't do anything with the suspension to get these bad boys to fit...

What's the standard dimensions of a MY06 Liberty 2.0R, I read somewhere that it was 17x7, with 5x100 (is that the offset). Please shed some light on this guys! haha! Thanks in advance!

They probably wouldn't even fit from a Soarer stud pattern.

5x100 is stud pattern, your wheels are probably 17x7 +55 offset.

I would think that differing wheels between front and rear would put undue stress on the drivetrain much like different tyres front and rear. I could be wrong but I wouldn't risk it.
Car(s): Steel Silver MY10 GT Wagon + 1985 Subaru Sherpa

Mods: (GT) HKS Panel Filter. The HKS I put in the MY10 is the same filter I took out of my MY05 GT. So yes, they do fit. Custom leather heel pad to minimise carpet wear in the drivers footwell. Slotted front rotors. (Sherpa) 14'' 6 Spoke mags, Chrome Gear Shift (sick!), Alloy Pedals (sicker!), new positive and negative battery terminals, Alpine cda-9827 H/U, JBL GT 6x9's boxed and mounted (sickest!), Kicker DS650.2 component speakers mounted in the footwells in flibreglass pods, Alpine MRP-F200 4 channel amp (4x40wRMS), Rebadged with hektik chrome eBay badges, STi stickers for more powaaaa, "leather" handbrake boot, recarpetted with grey/black car carpet from Bunnings, sick Clarke Rubber boot mat, polished and waxed.

Considering the tyres probably would not suit the Lib you didn't miss out on anything, they go for that price brand new

Hahah that does make me feel better! Thanks Hamish! My mate paid $1700 for them all up... I think they retail for $999 for the wheels alone... no tyres. That's why I was all over them...

Also its been a while since I last saw my exhaust this clean... in fact, I think the last time I took a photo of it was when I just had it fitted. So I just took a shot today just for kicks!

So today I got a present in the mail... my EZlip arrived! Dressed in a yellow envelope and couriered to my door step.

So when I opened the package... as I would've thought... it is just one long strip of foam/rubber. So once I put it on (took me a couple of tries to get it on straight), the results is what you would expect for $45 or thereabouts. I would probably be a little happier if I could do what bates91 did, and bolt it up with screws in case it falls off. But I couldn't find a drill and I also didn't have any jacks to lift up the car.. But from far it looks ok, but when you are up close... its a constant reminder of "this was cheap!" All in all, I am satisfied with the result, but I am just counting the months (or even weeks) til the glue on the tape loses contact and falls anyway.
