It is your Xforce DP and centre pipe that are loud, not the Hitechs.

LOL

That was not a joke.....Pair the Hitechs up to my TBE and it won't be as loud as the Xforce.

Hey dude, I know what you meant and I knew its just because of the Xforce TBE, they sounds great with stock setup and even with Phat DP and stock mid pipes or custom mid pipes. I wasn't complaining on Hitechs. :)

That sounds unreal! Wasn't expecting such a mean sound to come from the stock STI quads.

What's it like in the cabin? No droning at all?

Trust me Luke they sound beautiful, very nice throatier boxer notes, inside cabin is very quiet just like as stock, zero drone while cruising. Hitechs are very loud and easy to get booked/defected. If you are somewhere around in Canberra I should be able to drive down to your place (or wherever you want to meet) so that you can listen to them very closer. All the best.

Cheers

How does it sound when you open the throttle?

Sounds amazing at idle!

I'll send you a PM, thanks for the offer to check it out in person :-)

Can I request less static vids and more drive-by or moving vids? Engines sound so different under load....

Also, this may have been posted. Has to be one of the best sounding 3.0R's i've heard.

BPE 3.0RB from Japan:

I'd love to get mine to sound lke that... but titanium isn't on my shopping list unfortunately... :(

It sounds ok on the clip, but I would like to hear this up close and personal before I make any judgement. Too loud would not fit my criteria and the definition of that is personal.

This is a 2007 3.0r Spec B exhaust. Xforce centre and y-pipe with TCP Auto mufflers.
Pretty sure this setup is one which is being considered by a number of forum members so hopefully this convinces you to make the move as I did :D
