Thats a shame Anthony,

Was a great car. Only caught up on this thread 3 weeks ago.
Glad no-one was hurt, cars can be replaced.

Condolences.

Best of luck, it’s not easy watching something you have worked on so hard just disappear…….. but again you’ve got to keep reminding yourself that you could have been a lot worse off.

I’m sure you will be back, bigger and better with a lot more experience and knowledge to take things even further.

Not good, not good at all, I still have pics from the Xmas BBQ in my digital photo frame, I still smile when your car comes up, now sad but it was a beast.

On the flip side, new project maybe....

So sorry to hear about your beast mate. I always admired your car and loved the sleeper factor it had.

Although it would have been absolutely devestating to see something you love come to an end like that, it could have been much worst. Thankfully and most importantly, you and your family are safe.

Hopefully insurance will have you sorted out soon and you can look towards the next project.

Umm, WOW. Fuck man.

That's all really, but seriously I can but imagine the pain this has caused and you'll be back better than ever. Try not to dwell on it and get the next project started to ease the pains.

Terrible news but as others have said, the positive is that no one was injured.

Sorry to hear it dude. I am glad to hear you are all right though. As everyone says, I hope your insurance claim is swift and you are back on the road ASAP.

Hi Guys, i just wanted to say how much i appreciate all the kind words that have been shared or passed on over the last few weeks. Its been an extremely tough time, no one but the people on here and those who build and work on a project car would understand it. Its a passion that consumes you day and night for good and bad.

I am still in the process of the insurance claim hence the low profile, but it also pains me to be reminded about it all, but will keep on staying positive about it, as mentioned i am lucky to walk away from it.
Also to give a heads up i plan on salvaging and parting out the car so look out for an EOI thread for a vast majority of the parts.

Gambit's Development Project is no more but thanks again for all the support. Not to mention the good friends i have made over time here, its all helped me move on. As the liberty community here is fantastic.

Cheers
Anthony

I was really looking forward to a bit of an internet pissing contest when I got around to rebuilding mine. And I was really looking forward to seeing what it could to out on the track and strip.
