A Tuned By STI black post facelift sedan this lunch ~12:15pm on Springvale Rd in the left lane at the intersection of Wellington Rd, heading towards Springvale. Only a brief glance as I was otherwise distracted, but saw it at the last moment, and saw the pink badge on the back.

Spotted a Pale yellow pre-facelift GT with an STi lip (maybe tuned-by?) and some sort of red badge on the boot, just near gardener station turning off burk road about 9:45.

Same yellow as the clubspec WRX's of old.
I didn't know libs came in yellow.

Anyone shed some light on this car?

The twin pipes threw me. i thought only 2.5, 2.0T and 3.0 had twins.

It was only the 2.0i's that had single pipes. The 2.0R's came with twin pipes.
