Ive got a 2008 Liberty 3.0 Spec.B in Diamond Grey.

I need:
1. STI quad exhausts
2. STI Rear Spoiler
3. 6peed STI gear knob

I'm Selling:
1. $150 ono - Personalized plated in black with gold characters (brand new for a GT Liberty tuned by STI - I put a deposit on the car and got too excited and ordered the plates... didnt end up buying the car!!!):

That is a decent price, ask if they'll do it without the badge and put your badge on it if you can manage it without snapping it
2. Rear Spoiler
3. Lagacy "Spec.B" badge... best price I could get was $80 delivered to my door from the US
4. Will the STI front lip fit on a Spec.B front bumper? I need one
Yes as the liberty sti's are just GT spec B's with the sti parts bolted on
5. Whats the best navigation System I can install in the car?

Which rear spoiler are you after? Is it the small lip one? If yes, best bet is either through PHAT GT or Subaru. Expect to pay about $700 through PHAT and close to $1000 unpainted through Subaru

5. Whats the best navigation System I can install in the car?
Best nav system? How deep are your pockets? If you go for a Subaru factory nav system, expect to pay $3000-4000. For that money you can buy a top of the line double din headunit ($2000) + nav module ($800) + fascia kit ($400) + some other goodies. And you will have better sound.

If you were trying to get it from Subarugeniuneparts.com they will refund you about 70% of the cost of shipping, because their website doesn't handle estimated weights for packages so it just gives a blanket shipping price which can be refunded later.
The guy Jamie (jamie@chaplins.com) will refund the difference on the shipping if you email him with your order number.

Expect a price more in the vicinity of about $45, and you can sell the Legacy section of the badge if you aren't interested in it for roughly $20 too.

Yes as the liberty sti's are just GT spec B's with the sti parts bolted on.

Aren't the 3.0 front ends different?

Costed me $700 at a mate's employee price at Subaru. Would sell for $600. I'm not 100% on selling it but I'd sell it for $600. The car's pretty low so I could certainly go a lot quicker and straighter out of shit driveways with it off lol.

Well just so you know, PHAT GT sells that lip brand new for less than that. So you might want to revise your expectations if you are thinking of selling a used part for that price.
