Tony, do you do these in a catback kit aswell or just the mufflers? And do the mufflers bolt up the factory joins on the Y ?

Question is though, what's the "drone" level like on highway cruising?

I have a full 3" TBE with TCP twin muffs on my GT wagon, great note and no noticeable drone throughout rev range even though it's an auto and a wagon, although the two 12" long resonators in the center pipe might help.

Turbo and NA are completely different kettle of fish though.
the turbo is very good at reducing the sound levels.

my old TT Legacy however was very loud even with 2.5" rear section, good quality muffler and big hotdogs in it.
auto too. With thanks to the big exhaust housings and twin 3" dump pipes

Fuckin Hot Nelson.

Edit: From now on use www.imgur.com, you can thank me later.

There is a reason the TCP's are the best mufflers going around. In looks they are even better than the PHAT's in my opinion, but thats a personal preference. Got the AMG Twin tip style going with the thicker tips.
Unfortunately yet to hear them on a 2.5 GT (or any car for that matter) but I imagine just by muffler body size and design alone the PHAT's probably sound better overall.

Can't have everything though can you

Just a thought.

Can people actually spell my name right? I'm not Kieren Perkins. My name is not on my milk, but it's in my profile.
