If you realy go for the Cusco tarmac center diff, please make sure that you have real LSD in front AND rear. Without that it will be undrivable, because you will have 3 open diffs, so if just one wheel spins - no power available.
What a load of shit. They drive fine with open diffs, and when a wheel spins, you just back off and on again. Assuming all wheels are on the ground like in 99.99999999% of driving there is no issue. Driven unpowered gen2 DCCD with open front and a thoroughly rooted rear viscous and it was just like any other subaru for all but stabbing it at full lock when it just fried an inside, like every other subaru...except it didnt move forward near as quick :p
But, having a plated rear and torsen or plated front will be a thousand times better.
