Good brands for subs

Hahaha, I love rockford, buyt your quite right on shallow sounding like dogs balls, it's like saying a 1/4wave antenna is just as efficient as a half-wave with the same radio driving it, Bull S**T!! In saying that I still think rockford punch series are the best 'bang' for buck but if your looking for high end then look more towards JL Audio. I use rockford cause I'm a cheap bastard

JL Audio make really good mid spec subs, but they certainly aren't high end subs. With the exception of the W6 series sub of course.

Infinity make ok speakers, there are many better out there though.

The price bracket the RF P3D2-10 is in, I would look at the Crescendo Etude 1.10 first. It's one of the best entry level subs I've heard in a long time.

I'm running a Morel Ultimo SC10 in a glassed 18L box.
Also look at Peerless XXLS 10". This would be the best quality for your buck you will get. IMO.

Just had a 12" Arc Audio KS12D4 (sealed box) and a Arc Audio XXD1500 Mono block installed all up for $900 at Northfield car sound.
Sounds great and hardly takes up much boot space. I would definitely recommend looking at Arc.
