Clutch kit for 05 jdm twinscroll models

Hi guys can someone here confirm with me that the jdm Legacy comes with a push type clutch as standard? I replaced mine about 30K ago but a friend needs to replace his, i went for the Exedy FJK-7331SMF kit which converts from dual mass flywheel to single mass. At the time this was the only clutch kit i could find that was affordable. Is this still the case? Or is there other options out there? Is there any ones designed for a US legacy that would fit?
