OK, here is the latest:

I spoke with Springy Motors today and they are offering:

Date: 08 Oct 2011
Day: Saturday
Time: From 10 am
Duration: approx 6 hours (that mean a finish around 4pm @ 4 cars per hour)
Cost: $55.00 per car (inclusive of 2 dyno runs, 1 printed standard graph, Sausage sizzle and a soft drink for one driver or owner)
Spectators: Welcome and no fee, but if you want to partake of the sausage sizzle or drink, then pay as you go.
Minimum: 8 (we already exceed the minimum).
Maximum: 20 to 25
Location: 58 Smith Rd, Springvale, VIC 3171

So, I have committed to the final numbers by the early Sep 2011. First 20 names secure the places, we currently have 13 confirmed, only 7 places remaining. For places 21 to 25, it is most likely they will be able to fit you in on the day, but any members trying to confirm after I have received the 20, I will create a Reserve list and you will take numbers 1 to 5 on the Reserve List.

Spectators are not limited, but would be nice to know in advance for their sausage sizzle and soft drinks. Please confirm your spectators a week in advance as a courtesy.

So, if anyone has a better deal, etc, please fess up the details quickly or this will be locked in.

I have been re-considering the funding in advance situation due to the low minimum number not really being at risk. New payment method is either cash or card on the day, and confirmed that Springy Motors has the capacity for that by individuals on the day.
