Thanks Shane. Did you get your's done with these guys? IIRC, I think you did it yourself and got the stuff off ebay... but it was a while ago I read that, so cannot remember accurately.

i got my 3m carbon of ebay, becareful as the 3m carbon is not meant for oudoor use. i have since removed it and no longer have any in or on my car as it started to lift because of the excess heat.

the companies link i posted have the correct product for use on cars. i will be using the company in the future

as far a i could tell it was genuine. i compared it to the first order from ebay to the second from a dealer at parramatta

I bought some '3M double sided tape' off Ebay once....

When I got it, the tape actually says '3MM' on it.....
Copied every aspect of the 3M tape, and just put 3MM on it instead, yet the seller showed tape with 3M in the photos.

I also found an eBay seller in Melbourne about 2 weeks ago, for 3m DI NOC CF wrap and when I organised a COD pickup I found it was not 3M DI NOC, so I politely inidcated that I was only after the genuine stuff and left him with the goods and saved my cash.

The went and order a test sheet from Sublime. Good response and the right stuff, delivered within two days. But AU post had to bend the heavy cardboard packaging that had big bold lettering - DO NOT BEND. I guess they saw it as an irresistable challenge.

Did the little chrome plastic surround on the Auto transmission shift / console plate as it keeps reflecting sunlight up under my sunglasses. Stopped that problem!

I like the OP's use of it in the interior, above picture went a liiiitle bit too far for my liking...


I don't mind it on the rear bar either, that looks kinda cool! I could imagine how easy it is to get addicted to though, especially once you figure out how to use it properly!

I didn't like the OP's use of it on the rear tail-light initially, but in contrast to the next pic where he showed in Chrome, hmmmmmm, i think i like the Carbon Fibre better....Especially considering the colour of the car.




I hope it manages to stay ok throughout the weather mate, i like the look of it!

OK i just caught the bug, practiced on the WRX first and turned out well now to choose what to do in the Blitzen without going overboard this stuff gets addictive to install as i find myself looking around the house for likely candidates, TV remote? surround speakers? microwave panel? God! why can't i leave things the way they were!!!!!!!
