Michael, how tight should these be done up against the master cylinder?
Just enough for it to connect against the metal, or tighter than that? I think I did mine a little tighter than just connecting......anything wrong with doing it that way?

Also it is very easy to install for anyone considering buying one, just need to jack the drivers side front wheel up after you punch through the little rubber covered hole in to the wheel arch. There is a small nut you need to do up from inside the wheel arch that connects to the brake stopper. I suggest taking off the wheel to make it easier to get to. I kept the wheel on and kept dropping the damn thing, so save yourself the time and take the wheel off so you can fit it on easier and do it up properly. Other than that, It's 2 or 3 nuts to tighten in the engine bay, easy stuff.

Also make sure you line it up correctly before you do all the nuts up tightly, so the brake stopper is centred.

You are kidding right?
You are the same guy that told me he was going to have to install his own dump pipe to save on costs for a tuneup.....
It's easier to install this brake stopper than it is to change a tyre....I'm dead serious.

I'm sure you think Ray is your best mate, but he's probably going to charge you for labour on something like this. Even when a mechanic says "I installed X item for free", generally they just upped the labour price or even parts prices on other stuff you had to pay for. Trust me, I worked at a mechanics, they do that shit all the time.
Take 10 minutes of your time and maybe save some $$$, and save your friend Ray 10 minutes of his time installing something so easy that even I can do it.

Back on topic....
Buy these, they are good! :D
