Front windscreen washer

Heyya guys
My 99 Gen III liberty wagon's front windscreen washer has never worked since i bought it.
The other day i bought another pump, installed it and still nothing..
Tested both pumps and both were fine
Then tested the power wires and found no power was getting through.
I then checked the fuses and they were fine.

Any ideas as to what to do next?
And where would i find the relay for this?

I know its only a little thing but its honestly annoying the crap out of me lol...
