Senator has 235/40's on his 8.5" Enkei's and they needed guard rolling, particularly at the back. I don't think they need any more than that though

yeah will roll the guards just in case, i think i might just go 225/40/18 to be on the safe side. Looking at some semi slicks like Dunlop Direzza's

they are 8"....... no rolling, but trimming of the plastic panel that sits between the side skirt and rear quarter panel on the sedan... not sure if the wagon has the same panel.

very nice wheels BTW.... sorry might have missed your post, but what size are they?
Not a soobi anymore, but still slightly dirty

Yeah that panel is a pain in the ass when you start running a more aggressive set up.

I believe he said they're 18x8.5 +43

hahah problem is i wont have coilovers for at least another year, as my savings are quickly getting depleted.
I still need to get wheel nuts, another $200-300, looking at Kics
plus Semi slicks are so expensive...

The McGard nuts are quite good and cheap too. They're the same as the STi lock nuts only without the 'STi' on them. They can be had for just over $100AUD shipped from the US.

Here you go mate.

http://www.lugshack.com/Black_McGard_Lu ... 5554bk.htm

Seem to be cheaper than what I bought them for a while back.

**EDIT**

Ahh, including shipping it comes to $121USD. Still a good buy.

Also Gambit, did you say your wheels are 8.5" wide? I looked on the WEDS website and there is no such fitment in 5x100.
