WOW. I was going to ask whether the muffler changes the exhaust note much, but at that price I don't want to know.

If you think that's bad, if Subaru Australia repeats it's pricing model from the previous versions, expect the STi mufflers from a Subaru dealership to be in excess of $2,800 AUD. :?

I didn't think the STI mufflers were going to be available until 6 months after the tS release?

Ah well, at that price i wouldn't have got them anyway.

Out of interest, what is the diameter of the tips themselves? mustn't be too big.

The TK cans look great, but such a shame Subaru decided to make the standard bumper molding such that any twin tips would have to be small and D shapped.

I'm sure i'll be happy with my HKS' when they arrive.

The TOMMYKAIRA one look so much better.

Can I ask how much is the TOMMYKAIRA version. Including the half bar kit + installation? And how long does it take to get it shipped over?

Also will it sound different? I don't want it sound too loud. As long as it's within the legal range. Don't want to get fined and forced to replace it by police after I get it.

Do you have a video clip to show how it sound like? the TOMMYKAIRA version

nope I didn't get it. Didn't find out the price yet. however I did check their Japanese website. It cost about $1588 AUD. not sure the shipping cost and I can't seem to find the half bumper that required to fit these mufflers. Seems a lot of effort and cost too much. So I might pass on this one unless the price goes down a little.
