2005 3.0R-B Wheels Machined face or Painted ??

Hey guys just wondering.

every Liberty that i have looked at the wheels are scratched to shit and i was just wondering i havent really been paying at the finish, so i was just wondering if someone could tell me weather or not there machined or painted

To me it looks painted but just need a second opinion

its a 2 step colour coating.
Not a soobi anymore, but still slightly dirty
