don't worry about all that, I had 20s in my old lib for around 12 months and never once got in trouble with the boyz in blue

You could also try a 225/35 series tyre, which has the correct load rating but is a little over the maximum rolling diameter.
It's a bit of a drama keeping all things legal if you wish to ride on 20's.

In the ACT it is about the rolling diameter, the overall rolling diameter can't be more than 5% of original, I thought the whole +1" thing was an insurance thing, not an RTA thing but then I dont live in NSW
