Could be quite interested depending on timing and how much I've spent on the car when they're ready :D

Although anything from North America is not recommended due to fitment issues (ie- other side drive as well as 2.5 engine compared to 2.0 engine), you could probably contact Perrin themselves or T-Rexx on this forum to source one. Otherwise AVO or something from the JDM market like HKS will fit your car if you can't wait for Phat's.

After speaking to a few like minded individuals I think I will be giving Perrin a miss. Not just fitment issues, but terrible service issues too.

I think I will take your advice LI8 andl wait for Phats, esp being the tried, tested and preferred option.

there is a thread here -> http://forum.liberty.asn.au/viewtopic.php?t=4197

Not sure on how many ppl are needed per model (2.0t & 2.5t) but it couldnt hurt to add your name to the interested list.

The original thread was started in 2008, so not sure how fast this will progress - if it does. Myself and another Canberra fella have been checking into other possible options so will PM if I find anything that stands out. Personally, I would prefer a Phat produced one as the workmanship displayed on other parts has been nothing short of awesome.... *hint Phat :wink:
