sorry I have been a slackarse and not posted this up before but have been caught up in "the moment" of exploring and enjoying the car and trying to collect bits, as some of the Perth guys know and trying to get this car at least part of the way back to it's former glory.
No 235 2007 Liberty GTB t/b STI OBP 6MT silver wheels, was previously owned by EXPLICIT and as most on this site would know had "a couple of mods" in the short time he had it. It was then owned by a couple who liked country driving and clocked up a few K's until I got hold of it late last year.
The Lib is my second car as I have a fairly modded 02GT Foz as a daily driver, which is white and the Lib is black, so I enjoy the best of both worlds...lol
mods to date, are whiteline swaybars front and rear and whiteline ALK.
recently picked up second hand Phat DP (courtesy of UrbanGT) which was just installled along with 3" custom SS centre pipe to 2.5" custom SS Y pipe terminating onto standard STI mufflers. got the exhaust guy to go 2.5" all the way to muffler wall, in the hope of free flowing exhaust gases before all the baffles inside those wounderful mufflers suppress almost everything.
while I was at the exhaust shop, I trial fitted a set of EL Tomei ceramic coated headers and depending on outcome of tune, they may stay on....appears to spool quicker??.....and awesome rushing sound even though no boxer rumble but then couldn't hear it anyway with restrictive cans.

if nothing else, at least I can change my LED parkers a lot easier.
sounds awesome, especially with exhaust mods to date, but I don't know of performance factor till tune...
and of course I couldn't resist the LED goodness (courtesy of Jim & Leo).
just changed to Blitz A/C filter, gotta luv plastic bits...wow, I didn't break anything,(again thanks Jim and Phat)
before Verso tune this arvo....can't wait, will let you know how it goes.
