Removal of Gen IV headlight

Postby whitedog » Fri Jul 09, 2010 7:30 pm

Anyone removed an 07 or later Liberty headlight to change the washer squirter. Ive undone what seems to be all of the retainers and it dosent want to come out. Does the front bar cover need to be removed to undertake this job ?? Thanks in advance, Adrian.

Not a 100% sure with the Lib as I haven't taken mine off yet. But pretty much most cars require you to remove the front bar as there's bolts underneath. I think the Ford Focus is the only exception I've seen so far.

+1

You'll need to remove the front bar for a headlight removal.
