That requirement says you want adjustable shocks. Coilovers are the easiest way to get that sort of adjustability. Fwiw, Heasemans (Sydney Bilstein reps) quote in the region of $600 to add a damping adjuster to a shock. I've tried standard shocks with 2 different types of springs, and also coilovers, and i'm now on billies and i'm the happiest with the billies and tein s-techs.
