They have released the Sti Enkei inspired wheel

The colors are a bit odd and i wonder if they would break hitting a big pothole?

They look pretty good.

A mate at work has a set of Rota's on his WRX (MY07), different car I know... but it looks great on the car. No issues reported to far, but I didn't realise they were that light.

Quality is pretty good too, some wheels I've seen have ALOT of weights to balance it, but this wheel was pretty even.

There was a post on Lexus forums ages ago which i cant find saying that thier rota rims cracked??? wonder if it was true or not tho :?

hmmmm being light at a price may mean less quality in the wheel?

From what I've heard the quality of ROTA rims USED to be rather shabby, but in recent years the quality has been lifted considerably and along with it its popularity. Tonnes of guys on legacygt.com run them with no problems at all, except for the few die hard JDM fans who have nothing but bad things to say about anyhting that isn't real JDM.

Ive had my eyes on them as well!! The gunmetal ones look sexy, and you would have to put them up against some actual OEM ones to tell the difference. About 1K cheaper than new enkei's as well.

I can see some of them on my car in the near future!

yes old rotas were very china spec but quality has improved I believe, probably not the best for track rims but a fine for daily driving..I bought a set from http://www.wheeldude.com/wordpress/ when I lived in California and they were good value for money I thought
