i have had all the above mentioned tyres.
The pZero's are shit, they look nice, but do not perform up to my standard. The RE050A had more in grip in the wet past the wear indicators than the Zeros. No word of a lye, though the pZero's were awesome fun simply because they had no grip.. especially up the snow.. lol. I currently have the CSC'2 on my Gen3 outback which are fantastic(235/45/17). i would rate them slightly above the 050a's in the dry, havent driven these in the wet yet. They also dont have the stiff side wall that the 050a's have, so i would imagine that they would have a better grip in the wet. My previous set of CSC'2 were awesome in the wet, but that was 3 years ago and a Gen1 RS turb wagon. I can only imagine that the CSC'3 would be a step above the old 2's again.
