Were you linking those to illustrate the style? Because neither of those will fit due to being 5x114.3mm. Also being 17" diameter they're probably not what EZ30RB is looking for.

japan parts have them but they are nearly $600 each, I have a set of charcoal (5) rims in 07 style but no chance I will sell them. Rare to find them up for sale but ebay might be your best option. Even if they are used you can expect to pay near on that price I suggest.

The STi part # you want is ST2810021030.
If you considering new, trust me, the Phatman is substantially cheaper than Japan Parts. Plus, he has no problem importing such bulky items. Plus, he knows the correct rims to get.

Incidentally, if you decide to want 5 x silver MY08 tbSTi rims, done only 8K with only 1 having been scratched when a tyre dealer attempted to take off the tyre to transfer to our new MY07 charcoal tbSTi rims, another story, that has been repaired, PM me.
$$$'s, wouldn't have a clue. Any suggestions on a realistic price?
