hahaha im just happy, ive been looking for wheels for ages, so its good they have released an australian version of the connoisseurs

"The AVS Model F15 is a beautifully designed 15-spoke forged wheel. Based on the popular Connoisseur model, this wheel is famous for its' thin edge profile. Yokohama's new forging technique has added further strength to allow designers to pusuit their quest for a thin edge design."

Now im stuck between:

AVS Model F15 (15 spoke - modeled off connoisseurs)
Advan Racing RS (10 Spoke)

I hope you know, Advan is not the same as Advanti... :P

The AVS15 is a flat spoke design, and is forged, so it's for a different target market altogether.

Given a choice, definitely go for the Advan RS.

the Advan RS have 5 x 100 in 18 inch ;l

i am so depressed now. How did people get the connoisseurs to fit the libs, or were they 5x100??

The smallest 19 inch F15 is 5 x 112

is there any way to modify this so it will fit our cars..?

What a gyp ;l

There are no fucking good wheels in australia for the libs. Im fucking blowing up

EDIT: I just found out that you can buy adapters for about $100 a pair... So I would need to convert 5x112 to 5x100

Wow, interesting colours. Platinum Black and Mat Black.

Careful. The largest offset for the 19x8.5 in 5x112 PCD is +45. That's barely going to fit after requiring rolling the guards and pumping the fender. If you squeeze in an adaptor to convert 5x100 to 5x112, the wheels will most likely stick out further than you would like.

There's a tire place here down in Melbourne that just got a shipment of Advan RS. I think they have 4 or 5 sets in 18x8 +45 for PCD 5x100. Called them earlier today, $3300. Pretty sure that's without tires too, but I may be wrong. I can pass find their number again for you if you'd like.

Yeh i found a place that will redrill my hubs/rotors for $50 - $120 total...

Spot On Wheel Repairs

Mag Wheel Repairs

(02) 4272 5529S
Unanderra Mag Whl Reprrs

4/ 20 Doyle Ave Unanderra NSW 2526

So if i got redrilled to 5 x 112, what wheels/offset would I want? 19x8.5 or 19x9.5? What does the 8.5/9.5 represent? Also, what offset would I be looking for?

For the record guys, you can buy the RS wheels from http://hioctaneracing.com.au/eshop/index.php?cPath=145 for $840 per rim without tyres... (but they wont fit our car anyway without adapters or redrilling...)

http://www.visionr.com.au/wheel.htm also have 18 inch for $3600 a set no tyres...
Jesus, why the fuck are these rims so expensive compared to every other brand :shok:
