Hi, My love for Subaru wagons continues....

Hi, the names Mark.

My Subaru journey so far started with a very neat stock 2.2 5spd Gen2 LX wagon that i added some cosmetic enhancements, then a brake upgrade then some whiteline goodies that made it handle very well but i wanted more oomph.

Image

I sold the LX and bought a virtually stock Gen2 Legacy GT that had just been converted to single turbo. This is my current car (non daily) and has a host of modifications from suspension to brakes to running gear to cosmetics. Current guise should see it somewhere about the 200kwatw mark hopefully.

Image

And now ive just updated the family car to a MY04 GT premium pack wagon.

One owner, low Kays and the best example id found of the ones id looked at. The drivers sides bolsters show virtually no wear at all!!

This is the family car so i only have a few cosmetic changes in mind for this as if i want fun, i drive mine. :D

Changes will be 18's either 3.0RB or CS9, mesh grille, alloy pedal set, STi lip (lip may not be a good idea with the missus driving  ) and i may change the exhaust tips, maybe. Thats the immediate plans anyway. Got the dealer to throw in some new mats and monsoons which was nice.

Hey mate, The liberty's never seem to disappoint. Are those rims fitted to your first car pre facelift 3RB wheels that have been powdercoated?

cheers

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. :D

Look forward to learning a bit about the Gen4 from the site.

It will always be Subie wagons for me, but im a bit dissappointed with the shape of the GenV. :(

The white wagon wheels are indeed '06 WRX rims powdercoated charcoal metallic. The rims on the Legacy are WRX CS9's, painted gunmetal in that pic, but are now powdercoated textured satin black. I am probably leaning towards a set of CS9's in the oem high silver for the GT.

The AUDM WRX CS9 wheels are also the JDM Gen 4 B4 wheels btw. ;)

Cheers

Mark.
