Hey all,

i know tomorrow is the last day and all. but if anyone from ACT/surrounding areas would like to meet up, I will be competing in the soundoff at summernats tomorrow in my liberty.

If you come down, come say hi. Its the urban grey 2.5i sedan with SPL Dynamics stickers on it, or should i say the only gen4 at summernats

Damn, I just got home from the nats. I looked all around but couldn't see any genIVs in the place, actually only saw one rexie as an entrant.

Got an awesome shot from the burnout masters, lots of flames coming from one of the entrants cars. Will post a few up later on (tomorrow).

Good luck in the sound off.

hey kev,

the cars from the masters that were on fire were ATRISK and IMXITD. Fuck they torched the cars, more mayhem tomorrow :) burnout finals, either you set your car on fire or destroy the engine good times.

I heard the JD drag car caught on fire as well. fuck that is a weapon 2500hp drag monster doing phat skids :)

had a big chunk of tire hit me today near the burnout pad scared the fuck out of me.

Good luck, Michael! Hope that indentation in your rear panel hasn't resulted in any negative acoustic side effects. :D

I was there yesterday, I would come but I paid $60 entry yesterday and it was a rip, I didn't see any good cars, I saw one White Liberty out in Braddon on Friday night but didn't look like anyone off this forum

You must have had your eyes closed or your blinkers on as there were a stack of good cars, sure maybe not flat fours but that is not really what Nats is about. Did you catch the 'de-tuned' skyline cracking the 1000hp mark on the dyno? that was awesome, sounded like a rocket about to take off. There were some awesome datto's, a few nice (if not overdone and molested) Rotory's as well as the usual massive v8's.

I went with a mate that had never been so maybe my enthusiasm was renewed. We ended up staying around for the fireworks at the end of the night and they put on an excellent show.

Here's a pic of the burnout fire king.

Its all cars Ive seen before and the old skool muscle doesn't do it for me but neither does Autosalon... I like stuff in between.

The candy red 68 Camaro in the show pavilion was the highlight for me.

Although the RX7 jet cruising round was a sight.
