Subaru Dyno day - Canberra

Postby Kevlar GT » Fri Mar 14, 2008 1:10 pm

Ultimate Tunes in Canberra are hosting a Subaru Dyno day on the 5th April starting at 9.00am.

Cost is $50 (cheap) and for that you get 2 x power runs and a printout of your dyno results.

These guys were a sponsor for the Foznats (Forester meet) in Canberra and hosted our Dyno runs. Awesome service, very friendly and professional group of guys. Alan (Nextmod) was along at the day and can vouch for them as well.

Here's a link to the thread Ultimate posted on Ozliberty. PM them through that thread if you want to attend.

Good chance for the ACT guys to get together. I have my name down for the stocko power run, who else is up for it??

Hey guys, great to see some interest. Been in contact with Ultimate and they are expecting a full lot (35 odd cars). My GT Forester was dynoed in FWD so they can manage that if needed. Should be a good day, i'd imagine some of the more powerful rexie lads will be in attendance too.

Cheers,
Kev

This is a great dyno, for those willing to travel down to Canberra.
We had a blast last year, but would love to see more Libertys this year.

Hey Alan, good to see you survived your wedding mate - or the honeymoon more to the point! There are a few Libs with interest registered so it should be a good day.

5th of April is the Saturday? right?

If it is Saturday that the dyno day is happening, I can't make it. Higher priority engagment scheduled at the same time.

but if people want to meet up again later in the day (late arvo, evening) for a drink, feed or mini cruise, I'd be in on that.

I'll be heading from the Dyno to the Skid pan at some stage provided I get the car on early enough. React (Rotary) skid pan day, should be some nice cars out that way too.

Unfortunately got plans for the eve so will not be up for a cruise or meet.

Looking forward to catching those that do make it though.

Who turned up to the dyno day?

Did you all get print outs of your dyno runs??

I'm interested to know what the numbers were, and if you were stock/stage1/etc.

come on fella's don't be shy, post up your results.

power/torque curve charts if you please.
