I do have a Pay Pal account, but have only used it on eBay but no sure how the email thing works :?
The dummy needs a step by step

Log into PayPal.
Click on the "Send Money" tab.
Enter the email address, amount, and currency.
If you select "Pay for goods or services", Paypal will deduct a fee before passing it on to the recipient.
If you select "Family or friends", you won't pay a fee so long as you are paying from an existing balance in your PayPal account.

Yes, you are paying for goods or services so choose that option. (the fee is deducted from the amount you send before it reaches the vendor, you are not charged more).

That "$0.00" is what you pay. As I said, they deduct it from what the recipient receives.

Paypal is doing something weird, changing the "family and friends" fee depending upon the recipient email address.
Have a look at these two images...

Most email addresses get no fee, but websales@autowindow.com triggers that extra fee. They must know it is a vendor, and tax it more....

Ric, that is because test@autowindow.com might not be a registered account but websales@autowindow.com is an account that's registered in CAD. The fee is a "currency exchange" fee... as far as I'm aware
