Name: Luke
Ride: 2009 Liberty sport 5sp sedan White.
Location: Carlingford, Sydney, NSW
Mod: Christmas tree air freshener LOL
Plans: H&R Springs, maybe exhaust, repaint front bar (stone chips)
Occupation: Government Employee, with a dog !!
Year of birth: 1982 (27)
Interest: Fitness
Previous Rides: Honda Civic hatch, SV6 Ute
Currently have a work car and a old magna as shopping getter

Figured I'd lurked around here long enough without introducing myself.

Originally from mid north coast NSW I moved to Brewarrina NSW for work then to Wellington NSW, now i'm in sydney..

Purchased the liberty brand new when i was at Wellington, racked up the K's travelling to and from Sydney every week, now it sits in the garage till i have a sunnt day off. Hoping to get the front bar repainted due to plenty of stone chips due to the highway travelling.

Welcome to the forums Luke and good on ya for coming out of lurker status and congrats on getting the MY09 Lib !

Curious about your dog though ? Does that come with the government job ? If so, I should put in a requisition for one too, although my management would probably question how that's going to help me in fixing a server that's shit itself :?

G'day Luke (welcome by the way), I've seen these "Sport" releases around. What features came in the sport?
Is there anything mechanically different than any other N/A 2.5?
May be a silly question but i'm curious

Rick

hi mate, to be honest i dont think there is anything different apart from a different grill and spoilers front and rear, i only got it cause they had it in stock and gave me a good price on it (i was only after a stock one)
someone else may know if there is different suspension or what not :?: :?:
