Hey guys, been on the forum for like ages now, just wayyy too lazy to intro myself, but im on this forum alot reading about ideas and stuff xD, this site is like worst then facebook when studying ==, i've had this car since march 08 i reckon ?, done around 41,000ks already, its a pain living far away from everything (30-40mins) to town and uni (drive around 100ks a day). Wanted a manual but mum cant drive it and she sometimes take it to take my lil sis to school ect. Only subie i driven before was my couzns bug eye wrx (manual), but bit afterwards everyone in my extended family suddenly got subies O_O, with my other couzn owning a wrx sti 06 model (model before the hatcback cant remmeber which yr) (after he went from a supra, then r34gtt (hit a fox or dog going at 90-100kms which owneed the car) and my other couzn getting the new 09 wrx which i think is alright (but perfer liberty XD). love the liberty especially for the hills of adelaide quite amazing imo, use to love it until my friend literally owned me and left me in the dust with his K-car going down hill (left me 4-5 car lenghts ==), but what can u say small cars own, uphill its my comeback though =P, still go up there once in awhile when im free with him xD. auto is a bit sluggish even with the tiptronic but good enough for me as a first car, had some minor accidents from careless driving insurance covered it though still good. at the moment wont b getting another car till a long time but most likly i will stick to AWD, having driven both RWD and FWD, find grip driving to be the most fun. apart from a lengthy intro guys looking foward for more mods and group buys !

Cheers guys,
tommy

Welcome Tommy, another Adelaidian, great.
I'm from Belair and do the windy point run almost daily, either in the lib or on the MTB. Great fun. What r u studying?

I've read you are looking at sway bars. There is a bulk order on at the moment with Trieu (whitegtb). I have ordered a F&R set, so you might want to check this one out...

Cheers

dave

Welcome mate!

I'm '90 born too. First car as well. But Ive only done 31000 since may '08. So you're not that bad. Although now I've changed uni's I'm travelling about 100k's to uni and 100k's back. it's a killer.

Nice car mate. Did the dynamat make a big difference?

yea guys the "kei car" just couldnt b bothered typing "ei" lol, yea there heaps popular in japan, i went there couple of yrs ago loved it, was heaps surprised when my friend found one lol

yea im already in that group buy lol, and im studying psych at uni SA atm =D

The dynamat makes a hugeee difference worth installing it, takes awhile but its worth it, the boot lid i just used left overs from my door not the greatest of jobs on the lid but it reduces the sub vibrations alot, still hear it a bit though
