Hey Everyone,

Another Liberty driver joins the cause! Im 29, based up here in Brisvegas - and just found this website! Should have joined AGES ago!

I bought the 08 Liberty GT-B STi 6 Speed Wagon last year brand spankin new 131 of 250! Black with the bright alloys! Love the car, and lookin to start modding now!

Am going to give the beast some polish / wax this weekend then take some shots!

So far its all stock, except I've had the front passenger and driver door tinted, though it barely looks like its been done... I want to get them all balanced out ( what a freakin pain in the ass seems like a few others share my thoughts! )

Anyway just wanted to say hello! Look forward to my stay and hopefully hook up with some other brisbanites!!!

Cheers!

Welcome mate, Glad to see you love your beast. 1 down side shes a wagon  We tend to have a rivalry between Sedans and Wagons.

The modding bug will bite you very soon when you see some of the other members cars (based all around Australia) so pictures tend to give you an idea on what you can do. Chick out Sentinels or Ariths member profile for a little insight into the modding world

~Cheers Ethan

Welcome Hazardous, I am a relatively newby too with a similar car (not STI though). I had my front windows tinted as well from Docklands when I purchased the car, darkest legal, however that was fine for Vic, but the vehicle inspectors in Adelaide said the tint was illegal in SA. They did let me through however I just need to be aware that my insurance may be affected if an accident is directly caused by the tint.

Yeah, I bought the car in Melbourne to save some money and drove it back to Adelaide on a Vic roads permit (it was basically unregistered). When registering the car here it needed to be inspected by the authorities. I was not LOL when they told me about the tint, (cost me $380 for two windows)...
