Hay!

My names Carl. Iv been looking through this forum for a while now while trying to find myself a lib. Finally I picked one up on the weekend!

I got myself a grey manual '06 3.0R spec B and im LOVING IT! Its dead stock atm, but its good because it has the factory GPS/multi display screen in it, which gives it that little something over stock.
The only real mods I want to do is the exhaust. I love the sound of the flat 6, so i want other people to be able to hear it too haha. I don't want to do anything too drastic as im still on P's (im 19) for a couple of years and I don't want the cops constantly pulling me over! And I only work for my parents doing a taineeship so with the amount the car was to begin with, i dont have much cash to throw at it atm!

This car is a fair bit differnet to any other car iv had. I grew up with old school cars, EH's, Studebakers, Morris Minors, Beetles, Chevys etc etc! My first car was a VT S pac, which i then bought a Holden Calibra (i have 4 now..my project car/s) and it got written off 2 weeks after i got it...a guy hit me from behind and pushed me into the on coming traffic where another person hit me almost head on and proceeded to flip over my bonnet and land on his roof...was not fun at all! After that I bought a VZ Calais (which i still own and is for sale if anybody is interested haha). And finally i found the dream car...the spec B=)

I live in a country town called Mildura in Vic, 6 hours from Melbourne (where i bought my liberty from), 4.5 hours from Adelaide. When im not working at my parents dirtbike shop Im detailing car (my hobby/second income), so my cars are almost always spotless=)

I will get some pics of my Lib up ASAP!

Welcome Carl. Nice car you have there. Real nice (not biased or anything :D )

Exhaust wise, have a look in the For Sale section. There is a big group buy going on at the moment that you should be able to get onto if you want. Alternately, there will be a few mufflers coming up for sale as a result of people buying these so keep your eyes peeled
