Hey gang, Justin here from Melbourne. Just put down a deposit on an MY08 Liberty Wagon 2.5i, should be picking it up Wednesday. I've wanted a Liberty wagon about as long as I've had my license, so I'm pretty happy right now!

These forums were really helpful researching the whole AUX input thing on the earlier models, really helped me settle on an 07 or greater. So I'll catch you around when I want to start tinkering with it

Assuming you didn't first get your license after havin a kid or two (cuz wagon owners all have kids! ), what made you dream of owning a wagon over the sedan? lol

I think I've always liked wagons. More room for stuff, and I play drums a bit so have plenty of stuff I need to find space for.

Probably a leather interior to replace the cloth. My brother used to be a trimmer and is pretty keen to get some leather in there. Not really sure after that! Maybe switching out the factory speakers and attempting to get bluetooth integrated?

I hope he is experienced in working around airbags, or you had better not touch the front seats!
(1) You can set them off if you don't know what you are doing
(2) The stitching must be arranged to split easily along the seam when the airbag goes off.
