Hi All,

Drive: late 2004 BP9 5-speed manual
Location: Sydney, NSW
Mods: None and none planned
Employment: Self-employed- furniture, etc restoration & sales
Age: To old to remember to young to forget
Interests: Everything
Previous Rides: Don't like to talk about my exes

The original owner used this as their city work car from new and averaged 18.5L/100km. I use it for work too but more long trips so average is 11-13L/100km. On the open road in 5th with the cruise at 3000rpm, even under load the car just purrs over hill and dale.

Welcome!

Man the old 2.5i sure sucks some juice. I usually do 8-9L/100km highway in the 2.5T and the wife’s 2014 2.5 (think it’s an F series donk) outback does 10-11L/100km mostly urban.

Hi and welcome to the forum! :good:

Lots of good info and experiences on here if you're interested in DIY service or eventually going the way of the mod
