2001 Twin Turbo Outback from Brisbane

Hi guys
Just joined so thought I'd share my Twin Turbo swapped Outback. I bought it a little over a year ago as a bog standard Outback with 420,000ks, was only meant to be "get me to work and back" car when I broke my daily. But for some reason I kept it and started modifying it (wheels lowered springs etc). Then a few months ago I bought a 2000 model JDM Twin Turbo legacy half cut with complete driveline. Spent a few months pulling the engine from the half cut and "building" it. Then took a week off work and swapped it in to the Outback. Swapped in basically everything from the cut including A/C and heater boxes.

Has a few running issues to sort out (idles rough and feels like it keeps pulling timing out and cutting boost) but it runs and drives so that's the main thing I suppose.

Here's how it sits now

That looks cool as heck!

Do you have any issues with the CVs by going that low or did you remove the subframe spacers?

Cheers mate
I removed the spacers from the front subframe during the swap. The rear subframe still has spacers but cv angles aren't that bad in the rear. Will get round to putting my Legacy rear subframe in one day once I've got all the supporting brackets
