Hey everyone!

Name: Frank
Ride: Silver 06 Liberty 3.0r Spec. B Sedan
Location: Willoughby, Sydney, NSW
Mod: Nothing other than a cheap set of ROTA's and an 'anycar' interface.
Plans: In order (hopefully) - Coilovers/springs - Sway bars - Discs and pads - Raptor Supercharger - maybe E85 Tune after that
Occupation: Student - Bunnings employee
Year of birth: 1995 - 21 Soon!
Interest: Anything hands on
Previous Rides: Golf Mk3, Gen 3 Liberty wagon.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Bought this gem with 152,000kms on the clock for $8k cash on the 29th of December after a horrible christmas period spent in hospital and ever since I have fallen absolutely in love with this car. Unfortunately I have now caught the modifying bug and am keen to make this car my first 'performance' car. Keen to get opinions and suggestions on modifying my car, both cosmetically and mechanically. My thoughts are obviously looks first as any 'performance' upgrades involve serious $$$. SO with that in mind I'm planning coils or springs to get a little bit of a drop . After that i'm thinking of sway bars and discs just so I can eliminate roll a little bit and improve braking, once all of this is done hopefully around July I will be in the market to buy and install a Raptor Supercharger, that is if I haven't sold the car.

The day I bought it:

And after I went to my mates farm:

More pictures to come and onnce again any opinions and suggestions are highly welcome, Cheers.

It is an MY06, Nice!
Should be needing a new set of bushes for the gearshift?
Maybe even a Short Shifter Adaptor?
See the links below.
Cheers!

Hey Peter,

Thanks, yeah what would you suggest? Would I need to buy both the rejuvenation kit and the short shift or just the short shift itself?

Cheers.

If you have a sloppy gear change, which would probably be the case by now (?) get the two bush kits as a starter and think about the Short Shifter Adaptor seriously.
The SSA is an acquired taste, but those who now have them, tell me they love them.

Installed some Fortune Auto Coilovers recently, here are some pics!

Height is not dialled in correctly yet and need to get an alignment but I'm loving the look! Back has to come up a touch then should be perfect.
