Hi all,

Name: Nick
Ride: MY06 3.0R Spec B Wagon 6MT- Urban Grey...stock
Location: VIC
No Mods at this stage, just some audio tweaking and LCA bushes, followed by a Kido Tune (hopefully soon). Might do some exhaust tweaks at some point but happy with the car as is at the moment.

Just bought the wagon after driving an 2003 Outback H6 for a while - chalk and cheese, those two cars. Loving being back in a manual too.
I also have a 1993 GX Liberty Wagon parked up at home which is 500kms away from it's 400,000 km milestone. After that it's getting retired.

Hi Nick,

Welcome to the forum. Good to see another 6MT wagon on here.

The GX sounds like it has served you well.

Thanks Ben, yeah the old GX just keeps on going. It was actually my Mums car until recently. I gave her my Outback and then bought the Liberty. Good move! It worked out for everyone.
It's not the first Liberty she's put huge k's on. Two cars back had 500k on it before she traded it for an Outback, which she flipped longways in a ditch after having a snooze at the wheel. Car hit a concrete culvert at 100kmh (cruise control) and landed on its roof. She got out of that with some broken bones but could have been much worse.
Anyway, good cars, glad I have one again.
