Recently purchased a base model MY14 Impreza as a long term run about. Inevitably I plan on doing some subtle mods to the car and I've grazed this forum and I know any questions I have (there are a few already) will be answered here.
About myself: I'm 20, residing in Mount Warrigal, Shellharbour and am a long time car enthusiast. My daily until recently was a beautiful Ralliart Magna, however this torque steering beast recently found a new owner after I found myself the impreza.
It was a rather bittersweet purchase as I very painfully opted for the 2.0i over the new WRX as I was slightly more inclined to prioritise a quaint, safe runabout for teaching my fiancé to drive and hopefully to throw a couple kids in the back in the future.
I honestly plan to just stay cosmetic with the mods for now (rims, plates, grille, install XV headlights) and in the future may just move to perhaps have a hi flowing exhaust, if there's economy benefits etc.
But yeah looking forward to learning about my Subie from here.
