Car still not 100%, everytime you pull up at a junction she stalls or when manoevering. Carried out a full idle relearn process which has greatly improved the situation. Waiting for a new afm sensor this week which should plug the final gap.

Covered 200miles over the weekend without any fuss my family were on board so it was nice steady .

My wife summed up how the the car sounds now, as meaty.

Matt wrote a complete definition from scratch which has pretty much sorted out most of the issues mentioned in my previous post, really down to a bit of fine tweeking now. Blocking off the small outlet on the BOV helped, not sure what the port is for.

Logged some pulls, so will see if there is any more that can be done, then off to the rolling road to see what we have.

The power delivery is exceptional and on WOT the sound is amazing, trying to sort out some decent recording equipment to capture it

Ok some before and after data, most intriguing thing is I seem to have lost some boost, belt slippage?, Bov leaking.? Time for some investigations.

Moved the idler and screwed in the bov adjustment and gained a bit more boost, still need to track down the last few psi.

After having removed the exhaust manifiolds and looking up into the back of the exhaust valves this is what I saw.
Image
I originally thought the sc must have let go and smashed through the intercooler, which the engine had then injested. Then I looked back into the cat and saw this.
Image
The cats were only fitted 5 weeks before the engine seized and this is the amount of debris I removed from the manifold and cat, the manifold was blocked from cylinder 6.
