To be honest not sure how I have put up with all the agro. Pistons are now in the machine shop, so light at the end of the tunnel

Finally the engine is back together with all the clearance issues sorted with the machining of the pistons.

I think the force will be strong with this engine.

Beautiful. Can't wait to see what sort of performance you get out of it.

Rumour has it that I maybe getting my car back next week.

Engine in final build stage.

Engine back in car, could be home by the weekend.

I wish I was!

The car is all back together but is apparently running like a bag of shite! This is because its a new engine and the map doesn't work well with it I hope they are right about this, they have insisted that the car is mapped again before I start driving it otherwise the warranty will be void.

So the car is being delivered to a rolling road tomorrow at 11.00am. I hope they are right but I have lost all confidence in them time will tell. Its going to a rough nights sleep.
